  • The 4 day workshop cover different topics like Communication Skills, Resilience, Impactive sales pitch, Negotiation, Relationship, Public Speaking, Mapping over of success, Personality development includes power dressing & etiquette’s necessary for  Corporate interactions.
  • Each workshop covers 3 topics only as per your requirement.

Vision

Be A Magnet Of Success is an initiative by two renowned coaches of India, Nanda Botadkar and Shaikh Uzma Jamal who are on a mission to support young leaders who are ready to take proactive action for self growth in this new digital world post COVID-19.

Just like a magnet which attracts iron towards itself, through their coaching and training, they want to transform people into Magnets Of Success so that they can attract abundance, prosperity, professional success, personal wellness, confidence, wealth, and anything they wish for.

Being International Coaching Federation (ICF) trained Inner Most Shift Coaches, they bring about deep and impactive changes within individuals. The success of any organization depends on the efficiency of its employees and every organization faces challenges in areas such as team building, client relationship, effective communication, conflict management etc.

Both these coaches have years of expertise in training thousands of young leaders in the above mentioned areas and help them attract success for themselves as well as their organization.

NANDA-BOTADKAR

NANDA BOTADKAR

Nanda Botadkar, is an Independent, International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved Innermost Shift, Business Leadership Wellness Coach. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychological Human Development and Career Counseling & has worked with diverse population in the last 15+ years. She brings to the table a deep understanding of Human Emotions & Behavioral Dynamics

She can initiate people to navigate their Business in turbulent times, have fulfilling Relationship, Set Vision Boards and lots more. She helps clients understand their relation to themselves, their value system and it’s effect on their ecosystem.

Her professional experience extends across an array of industries including; Property Development & Real Estate, Small & Medium Businesses, Education and Training, Tourism and Hospitality, Yoga and Health care and Not-for-Profit Organizations.

She is a Facilitator of, "The Happiness Program" at the NGO-Art of Living.

She heads its Cultural Wing, "VaidicDharma Sansthan" in the State of Maharashtra.

The work involves reviving ancient traditions and helping people understand the science behind the ancient rituals.

SHAIKH UZMA JAMAL

SHAIKH UZMA JAMAL

Uzma is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved Inner Most Shift Coach.

Her areas of expertise are Personality Transformation and Emotional Fitness. As an Inner Most Shift Coach, she brings an internal shift in people which helps them transform their personality from a negative mindset to a new and more positive one.

She has years of experience as a Communication and Personality Development Expert, having helped people in communication, confidence building, public speaking, interviews, groups discussions, external and internal personality development, voice modulation etc. and acquire that charismatic personality which they have always dreamt of.

She has impacted the lives of around ten thousand people ranging across the spectrum of ages 13 to 60 years.

Uzma has a Master’s Degree in Bioinformatics from Jamia Millia Islamia and Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences from Delhi University.

During her stint as a Professional Trainer she has trained students across the globe from countries like Venezuela, Thailand, Yemen and Russia in Language and Communication.
