I was lonely inside but this workshop made me understand that it is ok, we can do it better and stand back again. This workshop helped me get in touch with the inner me. That I am worthy for more than that I thought before. I have started to understand myself with more clarity. This boosted my confidence a lot.

The workshop was amazing. It literally gave each of the participants the mental key to have that "unshakable confidence" within. Nanda ma’am's mantara of feeling positive when our tongue gets tied up out of nervousness and lack of confidence is precious. Uzma ma’am's smile of encouragement when we spoke of all the things that haunt us when we get rejected and discouraged was blissful. But, apart from all this, the thing for which I cannot thank enough to both of the coaches is that, they made me realize of that in incident, that happened a long time ago and was so powerful that it's awful memories took my confidence away. They helped me to tackle that fear and Move past it. Summing up, I had an unbelievably amazing experience with the coaches and with all the other participants who were somewhat like me. The session was wonderful and I am looking forward to attend more of these sessions.

The experience was really enriching and an eye opener for me in a good way. I got to know my weaknesses and about my thought process which was limiting and creating a hindrance in my progress.
